By engaging Proppixel for branding, marketing, automation or growth services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all professional engagements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Nature of Services

Proppixel provides structured marketing systems including branding, performance marketing, funnel design, automation setup, CRM integrations and strategic advisory for real estate developers.

We operate as a structured growth partner — not merely an advertising vendor.

3. No Guarantee of Leads or Sales

Proppixel does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, cost per lead, bookings, site visits or sales closures.

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple variables including market conditions, pricing strategy, competition and sales execution.

We guarantee process execution — not revenue outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information
• Approve creatives and campaigns timely
• Maintain active sales follow-up process
• Provide required technical access

5. Payment Terms

Services are initiated upon advance payment. If payment is delayed beyond 7 days of due date, Proppixel reserves the right to pause campaigns and automation services.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the strategic and digital nature of services, payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

Proppixel shall not be held liable for market losses, inventory stagnation or third-party platform disruptions.
